Rain / Bad Weather Policy:
An Idaho Inflatables representative will contact you to re-confirm your reservation a day before your event. At that time we will discuss the upcoming weather forecast if it is applicable. If it is very apparent at that time that your event will be rained out, a decision to cancel can be made together at that time, although considering the uncertainty of weather most parties tend to wait until the day of the party which is OK. If the weather is questionable on the day of your event, together we will make the safest decision possible, if you call us prior to the delivery of your inflatables. We will allow you to cancel your inflatable up until the time we set it up, but the earlier you can call us and notify us the better. If it starts raining during your event, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund. For light rain it is OK to towel off and play, but during hard rain it is safer to wait until the rain ends to play. As long as there is no high winds (greater than 15mph) it is alright to leave the inflatable inflated.
Idaho Inflatables does not require a deposit to make a reservation on most parties. We ask that if you absolutely must cancel your event, to please be courteous and allow us enough time to make your selections available for other individuals. If you are uncertain about making a reservation, we would rather you not make one until you are absolutely certain. When considering a cancellation due to weather please refer to our Rain Policy above. If you must cancel, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any cost we may have already incurred. An example would be our merchant fees if the event was prepaid. These fees range from 4-5% of the total.
